Everybody is talking about Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR Reporting, GRI, etc.… Almost every renowned enterprise presents a Sustainability Report, at least a kind of… And the variety of standards promising guidance and support in the process of reporting is hardly countable…

We want to help you out of the labyrinth by giving you an overview over relevant sustainability standards and guidelines. Firstly, we will introduce criteria, contents, goals and usability of the most prominent sustainability standards. In the second part we demonstrate how to apply and implement sustainability standards in an efficient, focussed and successful way, by using the example of the "Reporting Guidelines" of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI G3).
