Data can be efficiently collected in multiple cycles including daily, monthly, quarterly and annually. Different kinds of qualitative and quantitative questions can be assigned to the appropriate people in your organization.
SoFi also enables efficient workflows for your manual data gathering and validation needs. Periodic reminders can be generated automatically within the system sending emails to collection staff to complete their entries on time. SoFi will automatically trigger messages when data collection is completed at a certain location to initiate validation. Tolerance limits can be set for each collected item, triggering warnings and directing data collectors to attach appropriate documentation and explain deviations.
Collection status reports create a snapshot of how much of the data has already been collected at any given time allowing you to instantly send further notifications to collection staff.
