Involving customers in service and software development is a basic approach in PE’s service and support concept. In addition to regular individual dialog with SoFi-users regarding handling and improvements, a yearly workshop is held to identify and define in a highly practical environment, upcoming needs and features. The third SoFi user workshop was successfully conducted at PE‘s office in June.

Users from different branches of industry and finance came together, using this unique chance to share experiences and discuss the challenges in the daily business of environmental and sustainability management. The SoFi-team presented the latest innovations and features and the participants took the opportunity to participate in the process of defining and prioritizing future developments of SoFi software.

The intense, intersectoral exchange of experience was clearly appreciated and a considerable demand for further consulting and assistance became apparent. In conclusion, it was a lively and successful event. As one participant noted »… I really enjoyed taking part in the workshop, why can‘t you hold it more often ... «
